Flood Risk Assessments
Flood Risk Assessments (FRA’s) are now becoming an essential part of most planning applications. We will prepare and submit to the local planning department, or your planning consultant, a completed Flood Risk Assessments, which fully complies with most up to date PPS 25 documentation and will incorporate supporting calculations and a sustainable drainage design.

Drainage Design
We design small private drainage systems to fully modelled adoptable drainage networks, gaining Section 104, 106 and 102 approvals, if required, from the adopting authority. All designs are prepared and submitted though our CAD services team giving a clear and accurate layout. We also offer flood routing plans and can provide storage modeling using the most up to date design software and industry standard, Micro Drainage.

Highway Design
We design and provide all the relevant information needed for setting out all types of roads, ensuring these are specified to the current standards, gaining Section 38 approval, if required, from the adopting authority. Again all designs are prepared and submitted though our CAD services team giving a clear and accurate layout. We also offer highway and junction improvement detailing, which is generally part of planning conditions when connecting into an existing highway, gaining the required Section 278 approval.

Structural Design
A complete engineering service is provided with us offering full buildings and foundation design.

Site Viability Assessments
Our Site Viability Assessment includes the provision of information including possible outfall locations for drainage, requirements for pump stations, potential storage volumes for surface water drainage and the required highway improvements, if applicable.
